General Policy
- 90-day waiting period for new hires before leave eligibility

Holiday Pay
- Full-time: Full standard workday

Carryover Limits
- Full-time: 40 hours annually

Leave Types
1. Sick Leave
- Accrual: 1 hour per 30 hours worked
- Maximum carryover: 40 hours (full-time)
- Doctor's note required after 3 consecutive days
3. Other Leave Types
- Bereavement: 7 days paid for immediate family
- Military: Up to 5 years (USERRA compliant)
- Jury Duty: 10 work days paid (additional time case-by-case)
